Can BODI candles burn?
Depends on you! We know these candles are incredibly cute and almost too adorable to burn, but they are indeed scented candles that are safe to burn. As they are container-free, please use a tray underneath when burning to catch any melting wax.
Alternatively you can use them as scented decorative items!
How can I safely burn a container-free BODI Candle?
To safely enjoy your adorable container-free BODI Candle, follow these cozy tips:
- Don’t Leave Your Candle Lonely! Since this candle doesn’t come with a container, always keep an eye on it while it’s burning and make sure it’s out of reach of little ones and furry friends.
- Place on a Heatproof Tray: Since it’s container-free, always place your candle on a stable, heatproof tray or surface to catch any melting wax.
- Keep That Wick Snipped: Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch (6 mm) so it burns happily and evenly—no big flames and dusty smoke here!
- Give It a Full First Melt: The first time you light it, let the whole surface melt to prevent memory rings, giving it a smooth, happy burn.
- Four Hours of Fun: Limit each burn to under 4 hours for the freshest experience.
- Save Dying Light: Pour some of the melted liquid wax out to a heatproof container if you realized the flame is burning low.
- No Splashy Goodbyes! Avoid water to put it out—gently snuff it out or dip the wick in the melted wax for a smoke-free goodbye.
- Ventilated but Cozy: Burn in a well-ventilated area away from drafts, windows, or flammable items like curtains or paper.
- Mind the Wax: If wax spills, let it cool, then peel it off. Use a hair dryer to soften and wipe any residue.
- Keep Cool: Store your candle in a cool, dry place to prevent softening, especially since it’s container-free!

What materials are used in BODI candles?
Our candles are lovingly crafted from high-quality soy wax, beeswax, and dreamy aromatherapy essential oils, giving you a clean, eco-friendly burn that's as kind to the planet as it is to your space! For some particular collections, rigorously tested jelly wax and crystallized wax are used in artistic purposes.
Can I reuse the BODI candle cans?
Yes! Once the candle is fully burned, you can clean out the can and repurpose it for storage or decoration.
Are BODI candles safe for people with allergies?
Our candles are made with natural and rigorously tested ingredients and are free from harsh chemicals, making them suitable for most people. However, if you have specific allergies to any of the ingredients listed, please exercise caution.

Where do BODI ship?
BODI Candle currently ships to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Please note that delivery times may be a bit longer for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

When will my candle ship?
Thank you for your order! With the holiday season in full swing, we’re experiencing a higher volume of orders at BODI Candle. We’re processing most orders within 7 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your candle ships so you can follow its journey.

What should I do if my candles arrived damaged?
At Bodi Candle, we carefully wrap each order with love to make sure it arrives safe and sound!
If, however, your candle arrives with any damage, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. You can reach out via our Contact Us page or send us an email at ask@bodicandle.com.
Just include your order number, a description of the damage, and a few clear photos.
We’ll review it quickly and get you sorted with a replacement or refund. Your happiness means the world to us, and we’re so sorry for any inconvenience!
What is BODI's return and exchange policy?
